We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above US$ 350 being shipped to a worldwide Address. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse based in Bali, Indonesia.
STANDARD SHIPPING FEE US$50 worldwide

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Once your order has been placed we strive to dispatch orders within 1-7 business days. Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays. If such occurs, a customer care representative will make contact with you. If your order has not being sent and you have not heard from us, please CONTACT US
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Under normal operating conditions, we expect orders sent wide shipping to take 3-7 business days.
Due to the implications of Covid-19, there has been an increase in transit time delays nationwide. Tigre Di Mare cannot guarantee orders will arrive on time. If you do need your order to arrive in a timely manner.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?
This may be due to only a phone number being entered at checkout, rather than an email address. Please CONTACT US if this occurs and we can check to make sure order is on its way to you.
WHAT IS THE TIGRE DI MARE RETURN POLICY?
All Tigre Di Mare purchases are backed by our 21 day returns policy.
From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. To provide you with the best shopping experience, we offer you a 30-day Return Policy which begins at the time of delivery.
If you return your purchase within the 21 day return window, you will not be charged admin or restocking fees.
So go ahead, shop with confidence!
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund items within 21 days from the order date.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
- All tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
- Tigre Di Mare is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
How to return:
Please send us the details together with images of the evidence of faulty products, to email@example.com within 21 days of receipt.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, unused and inside their original packaging.
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
